JoAnn Hancock moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to the Uintah Basin in 1996. She began her career in real estate in 1995, in the fast paced market in Las Vegas, under the brokerage of Americana Group Better Homes and Garden. Having worked for other brokerages in the Uintah Basin, JoAnn had the dream and desire to open her own brokerage with the intention of giving real estate a New Face and a New Name in the community. Natalie Klun was born and raised in the Uintah Basin. After graduating from Uintah High School in 1996, Natalie moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she attended UNLV. She worked in the securities industry during her attendance at UNLV, and was part of a sales team that raised funds for a real estate investment fund. The fund provided financing for construction loans, for new developments in the Las Vegas area. During that time, Natalie received her Series 22, Series 6, and Series 64 securities licenses. In 2002, Natalie decided to pursue an opportunity to become a full service financial planner and to work with retirees to manage their investment portfolios. At that time, Natalie received her Series 7 and Series 24 securities licenses. She worked with retirees in the Las Vegas area, educating them and managing their retirement portfolios. In November of 2004, Natalie decided to leave the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas and returned to the Uintah Basin to be with her fiancée. Upon returning to Vernal, Natalie decided to pursue a career in real estate and began to attend Stringham Real Estate School while she was finishing her degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in December of 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and she graduated Stringham Real Estate School in January of 2005. Natalie began her real estate career in February of 2005, and now specializes in marketing and selling real estate, including residential, commercial, industrial, and land. She belongs to the Uintah Board of Realtors, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Natalie is a proud realtor and is constantly participating in educational programs to continue learning new techniques, in order to better assist her clients and the citizens of the Uintah Basin. Natalie is always willing to help.
